Noel worked for the Inland Revenue before heading tax departments at North London and subsequently Berkshire firms of accountants. Since 2003 he has run his own tax consultancy practice based in Surrey dealing with all aspects of direct taxation for individuals, small businesses and companies. He is ATT qualified – part of the Institute of Taxation.
