Michael trained with Gisby Harrison Solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He became a partner in 1988 and Managing Partner in 1999. He is a commercial law specialist with particular expertise in employment law, providing HR support to companies in a wide range of sectors. He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
